HELENE

ARCWEAR was the first of three ships built to a design by Sir Joseph Isherwood and completed to his own account by Short Bros. Ltd. The so called "Arcform" design of hull was an attempt to develop a hull form which would improve fuel efficiency and afford an increased deadweight carrying capacity compared to a traditional hull shape.
After completing trials in 1934 ARCWEAR bunkered on the River Tyne before proceeding to Immingham to load coal for the River Plate
With a much altered appearance compared to her early days ARCWEAR in the shape of HELENE is seen approaching the Tyne piers in this shot taken in 1968

Launched by Short Bros. in 1934 as ARCWEAR for the Arcwear Shipping Co.

To Cacique de Nav. S.A., Panama, in 1966 renamed HELENE
Ran aground 24/07/68 on Inhaca Island near Lourenco Marques while on passage Constantza to Jeddah. Re-floated and declared a CTL. Broken up at Durban

Can't be categoric over identification, but if it helps, I can say the 1938-built HELENE was at Tyne-Tees/Dent's Wharves, River Tees, on 26 December 1961, shortly before she was scrapped at Hong Kong.

Having compared pictures of HELENE, Tony is right.
KM's picture is the HELENE KULUKUNDIS.

She was one of three built for the Company by Shorts.
The other two were ELIAS G KULUKUNDIS and MASTER ELIAS KULUKUNDIS
