Thompson's yard number 710, similar to yard number 701, Esso Ipswich, built in 1960. 231ft overall, 36ft wide. 1,570 dwt.
1985 Caernarvon (C.Crawley, Gravesend).
As Esso Caernarvon the ship made the last delivery to the Esso Wharf in the Ely River when Esso made Avonmouth its main distribution centre.
