By the time this photo was taken, the ship belonged to the owner of JCB.
Attached is a rough sketch of a "Key Plan" for this type of ship built at Doxfords and Laings. It is a visual aid used by the various shipyard departments, each in their own way, to record the progress of the assembly of the prefabricated units that the ship was built up of.
AE = AFT END, AH = AFTER (DECK) HOUSE, BHD = BULKHEAD, DB = DOUBLE BOTTOM, DP = DERRICK POST, DH = DECKHOUSE, ER = ENGINE ROOM, FE = FOR END, FN = FUNNEL, MT = MAST, R&S = RADIO & SIGNAL MAST, SD = SECOND DECK, SS = SIDE SHELL, UD = UPPER DECK

Crestbank. Yard number 07, Keel laid 13.09.1977; Float across (when preceding ship in dock was floated out), 17.12.77; Float out 60.04.78, Completion 02.05.78. other names: Tamathai, Northman. Broken up 2006 after a long lay up.
Doxford 670J6 engine, number 456

Since posting this elsewhere, It has been drawn to my attention that I have no3 hold as no3 AND no 4hold. My typing error entirely.

Lovely set of pictures. The ship looked excellent despite being 26 years old then

The JCB man kept her in this fine condition as a 'private yacht' along with the WINDSOR CASTLE which can be seen alongside.
What is perhaps more remarkable is that after her sale in 2005 she went into trading again as BERGA then NOVANOOR before finally meeting her end at Gadani Beach in 02/2010.

Yes she was CRESTBANK from 1978 to 1986. TAMATHAI fro 1986 to 1987. NORTHMAN from 1987 to 1988 and TAMAMIMA from 1988.......

We had a ship visit to her while she was on the Tyne and as George says, she was used as his Private Yacht. The Owner's Suite was filled up with Windsurfer's etc.......

The Guy behind her was the Son, Mark Bamford and he was a great collector of all things Nautical.

We chatted on the phone a few times and I got something for him, forget what it was now, and I got a Model JCB 3cx for my trouble. Still have it!

Odd thing was when we cruised past on the WSS trip, the launch owner said he was not supposed to say who owned TAMAMIMA, but it was "the man who owned JCB"! Seems they were then a bit cagey about it being known.
