Must be post 1949.
Was Robson, Millers sawmill on the site of Smith's new dock or to the West, between the dock and the entrance to Albert Edward Dock??

That low steel piling wall looks quite new and I wonder if it's a temporary bund wall while the large drydock was being dug out and gates installed.
