Snap, I can't work it out either. New bit of quayside with footpaths right down to the edge? Good few years ago so I expect there will be a few more trees & bushes now.

EDIT: Just seen the date, so 26-27 years ago.

That' looks like' the parkside at Hebburn which is now well developed (but standing buy to be shot down! :D ).

It ain't Hebburn riverside. I trundled round there with the hounds for 15 years, even went home now and again, and none of those paths are down there.
Graeme, your dad was savaged by these two a few times as was the old hippo.

Those Flats should be easy to pick out on Google Maps, but I cannot spot them. I'm assuming we are looking at the South Bank???
