Completed in March 1958 by Lithgows Ltd., Port Glasgow, for the Northern Mercantile & Investments Corporation Ltd. (Managed by Campbells (Newcastle) Ltd.)
Powered by a 4-cyl. 2SCA Doxford type engine supplied by David Rowan & Co. Ltd., Glasgow
From January 1959 she was managed by Hunting & Son Ltd., Newcastle
In 1965 her ownership was transferred to William Baird Mining Ltd., London. (part of the Hunting Group)
1973 sold to the Silver Lake Shipping Co. SA, Panama, renamed SILVER ISLAND
1981 sold to the Dawlish Shipping Corporation, Monrovia, renamed AMALIA
Laid up at Piraeus in 1981 she eventually went to Gadani Beach for demolition the following year
