Correct location Paul but I'm not sure about the coaster. She appears in the background of my picture of South Shields, taken the same day, and although the name is not readable it seems to consist of two words - ????? Coast?

NETHERLANDS COAST then, a sister from same builder, carried her radar low as in this photo, STORMONT had it high above the mast.

NETHERLANDS COAST sold and renamed BAT HARIM during 1968 - so laid up awaiting that sale?

That makes perfect sense as it was very unusual to find a Tyne Tees Ship in Albert Edward.
Great place to lay-up though as the water level was constant.
