I wonder if its the MEGSTONE ex CARGO FLEET No 3??

Completed in 1946 by Fleming & Ferguson Ltd, Paisley.
988 Gross.

1967. Bought by SC. as Cargo Fleet No 3.
1972. Renamed MEGSTONE.
1975 Sold.

She looks fresh from Dry Dock............

The only other one is FALSTONE and she was an ex inland waterways hopper barge converted to a Sludge Carrier at 359 gross, built Holland 1934 and I don't think its her.

.... or, presumably, more accurately still CARGO FLEET NO. 3!

I'd not realised previously there was such a long gap between her sale from the Tees and her renaming!
