TIC No 2 & Coble Dene

Kevin sent me another photo by John Johnson of tugs TIC TUG NO 2 and COBLE DENE heading up river past Newcastle Quay.

To me it looks like COBLE DENE is under tow and I wonder if this is her on the way to the breakers.
