Came cross this press cutting in the Shields Daily Gazette, Thursday 27th April 1911, regarding the Tyne Commissioners Ferry WESTOE.
Can't find any other reference to this vessel.
Not in the WSS yard list, not in MNL, not in LR, and no further press cuttings ????
Did they imagine it?

If it's in the paper it must be true! But there are no unallocated yard numbers for WS around that time, as you will have seen.
