I'm guessing you took that in the late afternoon? But don't recognise the building!

My recollection, backed up by my notebook listing, is that this was in the first of the then two Fish Docks (St. Andrews?).
I was on the river side of the dock having just watched the ARCTIC RANGER and ST. ALCUIN sail, so I imagine this was still fairly close to the locks. It looks like the THORNELLA was ahead of her, so look at my previous photo of her ... certainly looks to be at the locks?
Having said all that, I'm totally confused as to why I noted ARCTIC RANGER, ST. ALCUIN, and IAN FLEMING in sequence .... but I wrote down a further nine trawler names before recording the THORNELLA!

Sorry, folks, a bit of misdirection! Looking again, I think that must have been the LANCELLA ahead of IAN FLEMING (thanks, notebook), but I did not otherwise photograph her. It is not the THORNELLA, which features elsewhere in a line-up of several other trawlers!! The THORNELLA was then near the locks of the second Fish Dock??

Memory (and the mind) fades!!! ...

I thought from the open background she must be on the south side, I just don't recall that old style building with the clock, but it has to be in St. Andrews anyway!
