Known as the "Callo Floating Dock" in the Swan's List but Callo is actually spelt Callao.
Yard Number 0809.
Keel Laid 24th October 1907.
Launched in two parts on the 11th and 12th August 1908.
Trials/Completion. 20th August 1908.

Also shown is the TSS HEBBURN operated by R & W Hawthorn Leslie & Co Ltd.
Built Dumbarton in 1890 as the Clutha No7.
76.5 x 16 x 5 feet.
68 Gross.
Acquired 1904 and scrapped 1939.

Thanks for photo and the details, interesting to see the little HEBBURN.
Tugs at the far end of the drydock might be Smits (?) ready to take her away, don't look like local tugs.

Unfortunately the caption on the photo is wrong. It is actually the MEDWAY DOCK of 1912.
