Superb Hull but to me a bit odd looking with that 'Woodbine' Funnel. Looks like it has been stuck on as an after thought, would have looked better with just the one big purposeful looking Funnel :)

Would never wish to disagree with Northeast but I believe she did have the reputation of being the ugliest vessel in the Navy. A combination of the overly high bridge structure (to accommodate a hanger that was never used), the gap between the bridge and the funnels and the uneven funnels themselves. As Hornbeam says the hull was fine.

I am sure the Hanger will have been well used as Plan B in case of bad weather when hosting the Cocktail Receptions for visiting Dignitaries like HRH :D
