Minerva was 1 of only 4 RN Leander class to be awarded the battle honour Falkland Islands 1982.
With Argonaut and Penelope the trio were of the 7 Exocet conversions with Andromeda a Seawolf conversion, the only 1 completed at the time, the other 4 still in dockyard hands. No Ikara Leanders went to the South Atlantic in this period.
The Chatham dockyard refit image actually shows Minerva during her conversion to carry 4 Exocet in lieu of the 4.5'' turret, Devonport did all the other 6.
