Yes, she does seem to have an extensive accommodation, just wondering if she was also used for Cadet Training for Stevie Clarkes bearing in mind the year she was built, along with her “Tiddley” look and the extensive manning changes in 1960 which caught some Shipowners/Managers on the hop.

Never heard of a dedicated ship for cadets in Stevies, I applied to be an engineering apprentice with them in 1978/79, but my preferred choice was deck

G.A. creemaster, a bit before you time it would appear Graham when National Service ended and Shipping Companies found themselves struggling to man their vessels when those who were in the M.N. to avoid N.S. Suddenly walked off their vessels and called it a day usually by a higher authority ( the Wife) or just wanted to stay at home.
Shipping Companies found themselves having to set up Cadet Training “Sandwhich Courses” as opposed to the traditional way of Training.
