It was bloody freezing i know that much.

That's an understatement Kevin - I lost the feeling in my fingers after about five minutes, and to add insult to injury the only cloud in the southern part of the sky intervened as she came up the harbour - isn't ship photography fun!

You two must have been standing next to each other, or perhaps one on the groyne and one near the old pilot jetty.

Any further along the Groyne and I would have been in the water. There are even crazier folk - there were groups of absurdly enthusiastic people doing keep-fit exercises on the beach!

Oh that would be Kevin doing his warm-up exercises .....

Two chances of that, slim and none. I get dizzy spells doing my laces up these days.
