nice shots Dennis, the tugs persisted in getting in the way as she came towards the North Shhields ferry landing.

That's an understatement Kevin - I lost the feeling in my fingers after about five minutes, and to add insult to injury the only cloud in the southern part of the sky intervened as she came up the harbour - isn't ship photography fun!

You two must have been standing next to each other, or perhaps one on the groyne and one near the old pilot jetty.

Any further along the Groyne and I would have been in the water. There are even crazier folk - there were groups of absurdly enthusiastic people doing keep-fit exercises on the beach!

Oh so they have shoes in Hebburn nowadays ..... never had it so good, to coin a phrase.
