Thomaston Class Dock Landing Ship. LSD 30.
Commissioned 24th January 1955.
D: 6880 Light. 12150 Full Load.
D: 510 oa x 84 x 19 feet.
A: 12 x 3" 50 Cal AA in twin mounts.
E: General Electric Steam Turbines. 24,000 shp. Twin Shafts. Speed 22.5 Knots.
Complement 400. Troops 340.
