Russian STUFT?

I am following the interesting situation with the "Oligarchs " Motor Yachts, they are 'InTrade" as they could be Chartered out when the Russian Owners were not using them, due to the new restrictions the Owners have been sending/sailing them to either a Russian Port in the Pacific or a Port where the restrictions are not applied, it has been well known that the Crews are either Russian Special Forces (when the Russian Owners are Aboard) or ex when being chartered.
One Motor Yacht has had a very suspicious Routing (AIS turned off) and was expected to bypass Gib and on into the Med, however the vessel docked at Gib and was immediately seized not because of the restrictions but due to an unpaid debt which her Owner will of course be aware of.
There are Russians aboard and there is strong speculation that they are watching which Military Vessels are entering / leaving the Med these include the RN of course.
Bearing in mind the present G.B. Restrictions which include Gib I wonder who is paying the Crew and how they are being victualled.
