Vessel Losses in the RN

Not a good decision by a very Senior RN Officer despite being warned by a more Junior Officer in regards to the oncoming sea state. I am sure that some of these Dog Boats will have had N.E. Crewmen aboard during the War and they have wondered what happened to their old Draft. The Boats were sans engines as the Packard V12’s (not to be confused with the RR Merlin which was a different engine altogether) were Lend Lease and returned to the Americans.
