The Seal Class search & rescue craft SEAGULL alongside at Newcastle Quay. Sorry no date on photo.
Built by Fairmile Construction Co Ltd at Berwick-on-Tweed in 1970.

Not sure that she should be in the Naval section but I can move it if I'm totally wrong.

She was around 83/88 at Blyth.

Seagull at Blyth 26 April 1998 - she was paid off in 2003 and had the buff coloured mast as in the first photo at Newcastle for a period from 1991.

No its later, the fuel tanks are gone. The three were regular visitors, working with RAF Boulmer Rescue before the SMIT SPEY and her mates arrived.
