Any help with which C Class, and where
Tyne dock paddle tug.
and the stern of a merchantman, starting W or N then 7 or 8 letters registered in London?
sign on a building in back ground Jorse N Mill, or Horse N Mill???
steam engine and wagon behind tug, so operation freight rail services in port.

Tyne dock paddle steamer and C Class.jpg
corrected to G Class sub not C Class

The "Tyne Dock tug" would appear to be TYNE DOCK NO 3 but in the funnel colours of Axel Andersen.

See: http://www.tynetugs.co.uk/tynedockno31876.html

Don't know when these colours were adopted, as they could have been first used by Thomas & Alfred Boag who owned her after she was sold by the North Eastern Railway in 1903.

Is that a C on the conning tower? It could be a G. See: http://www.tynebuiltships.co.uk/G-Ships/g61916.html which I believe shows a G as opposed to a C.

If it is a G then G1, G2,G3 and G6 were all broken up at Sunderland.
