It's painted grey and has guns, it must be a battleship! Generating power using that big solar panel is a novel idea!

RN Battle Class Destroyer Radar Picket Conversion could be anyone of the Four AGINCOURT-AISNE-BAROSSA & CORUNNA take your pick.
AGINCOURT was in the river May 1966
