Three Quarter page piece in this mornings Journal and they got nearly all the information right.
"At 152m long by 21.2m wide and weighing around 8,000 tonnes"
Actual Displacement is 5,893 Standard. 7,570 Full load.
The bit that worried me was from the Captain who said "I am immensely proud to bring HMS Duncan to Newcastle"
and he's a local lad from Whitley Bay...........

Well she is visiting the North East and she is sticking her tongue out.
Its the BIG golf ball with the pins on that goes round I cannot get away with!
