Noooo that's interesting, she is flying the Union Jack, which is WRONG! She should be flying the Naval Ensign of the Country she is visiting, i.e. The White Ensign as a courtesy flag.
At least the Dutch got it right when HNLMS WALRUS came to visit.

Anyway, the VULCAIN (M611) is one of four Vulcain Class Mine Countermeasures Diver's Tenders.
Built by La Perriere, Lorient and in service 11th October 1986.
490 Tons Full Load. Single 12.7mm mg.
Twin Diesels with Kort Nozzle's and CP Props developing 2,200 bhp and giving a speed of 13.7 kts.
75 bhp Bow Thrust.
Crew. 1 Officer; 8 Petty Officers; 6 Ratings + 12 Divers and 2 Medical Personnel.
