SIEGBURG.
Type 352 Drone Mine Countermeasures Craft Control Ship.
Built Krogerwerft, Rendsburg and placed in service 17th July 1990.
620 tons Full load.
2 x 40mm 70 cal. OTO Melara-Bofors AA.
2 x Stinger point defence SAM Positions.
Up to 60 mines.
2 x MTU Diesels, 6,080 bhp. 18 kts.
4 Officers. 20 Petty Officers and 13 Ratings.
Ordered as Tpye 343 Minesweepers then converted to control up to three Remote Control Minesweeping Drones.
