Very cheap vessel to run I suspect as she appears to be putting some of her cargo through the Main Engine with a bit of Diesel dumped into the mix so it is not too smokey, H.F.O. Is only one grade or Bubble Tray up from Asphalt in the Cracking Columns.
Always a test of patience when the Oil Crisis struck and Ships were forced to use H.F.O through the M.E. getting H.F.O./D.O. ratio right manually (before automatics) so there is only a wisp of smoke.
In today's World I understand they are now turning the crud out of the bottom of the Towers ( of which there are millions of Tons of it stored around the World as nobody really wants it) into an Emulsion to get it to pass through Diesel Engines as a way of getting rid of it along with using it on the roads apparently, I wonder what the Bore and Ring wear will be like on a D.E.
