Now it was a real treat to see her. The DFDS Terminal was "done-up" by fitting Windows to some of the old sheds. You can see them above the Tugs Stern. Trouble was the Wooden Jetty outside was in such a state it had to be fenced off and you had to divert round the back.
She was only on the run from 23rd June 1967 to the 10th September 1967 and from the 21st June 1968 to the 8th September 1968.
Used quite extensively for cruising she was built at Elsinore in 1949. 3,968 Gross. 20.5 Kts.
After a few changes of name and ownership se was broken up as the ALKYON in June 1985 at Gadani Beach.
