Completed at Keil in 1961 as FILEFJELL BY Keiler Howaldtswerke, for A/S Falkefjell & A/S Doverefjell, Oslo
1967 sold to Uglands Shipping Co. A/S, Grimstad, renamed NORITA
1977 sold to the Rodney Shipping Corporation, Singapore, renamed ROSYTH
Demolished at Kaohsiung in 1986

Pictured departing the river in July 1979

The monochrome shot would probably have been taken on a Pentax 6 x 7cm roll film camera. These cameras were replacing the 5" x 4" plate cameras used by Turners professional photographers at the time. Although I was employed by Turners Photography this was never as a photographer (except as a relief in their portrait studio), but I was allowed to "borrow" one of the much rated Pentax cameras at weekends
