Anybody know what is being constructed in the old Wallsend drydock?

Very difficult to get a photo of this construction.
It looks like 5 vertical "legs" that seem to be being built in the largest of the old Wallsend drydocks.
This view is from the road that lead up to the old Neptune Yard.

Hi Dave
I may be wrong but I think they are the new bases for the new Wind Farm tower design, some parts came in by barge recently

All the best for the New Year

Well I believe the five towers were due to leave last Saturday, but the high winds put off the move till Monday. The dock gate was lowered in rediness for the move. Port of Tyne updated their website to show that they had been moved to Riverside Quay and then nothing. The Famous Five are still in there (30/06/2017).
Then at some stage they must have decided to lift the gate again and got it all a bit twisted. I wonder if this is delaying the project now?

Tug JAN LEENHEER & sheerlegs MATADOR arrived early yesterday morning and went up to the old Wallsend drydocks to help with fixing the dock gate. Here they are yesterday 06/07/2017 getting themselves ready on an adjacent quayside.
