Powered by steam reciprocating machinery and measuring 926grt this coaster was completed in 1936 at Troon by the Ailsa Shipbuilding Co. for owners J.Hay & Sons.
Notwithstanding her cargo gear she found regular employment in the East Coast coal trade throughout her lifetime.
Her days were numbered when captured by the camera while laid up for a spell at Pelaw Main. On 13th November 1962 she arrived at Troon to be demolished by West of Scotland Shipbreaking Ltd.
