Swat.jpg
Built in 1958 as WIMBLEDON for Watts,Watts & Co., London, by Barclay Curle & Co.Ltd., Glasgow
!960 chartered to the Port Line and renamed PORT WIMBLEDON
1965 name reverted to WIMBLEDON
1967 Sold to the National Shipping Corp. of Karachi renamed SWAT
Demolished Gadani Beach in 1982

Pictured leaving the Tyne under her new name in 1967, the ladder propped against her funnel probably indicates an imminent change of markings.
