VTS now showing Enquest Producer due in on Wednesday 9th, but no ETA as yet, could be either way as High water in the morning is the highest at 5.14m at 05.39 and then a bit lower at 5.0m at 18.00 , but she will come in my guess about an hour before high water.

Hope someone gets so pictures!

Hi Paul

Yes very strange as the tow left Hamburg last night at midnight and at 14.00 today they are off Cuxhaven and well into the north sea.

Odin Viking is the lead tug with Smit Angola Aft, however both Union Boxer and Union Fighter 'appear' to be escorting the tow, the delay was not only the weather but insurance issues as they sure will not want to take any risks with even this short tow.

The tow is also shifting quite fast currently at 7.1 knots, at this rate they will be here probably late tomorrow night, 'maybe' Friday is showing as it is a higher tide but we will have to see what happens.

Her berth isn't ready yet, the dredger is still busy so she won't enter till that's sorted.

Well, current weather forecast for tomorrow at Shields is bit of cloud, bit of sun, but generally dry. Very difficult to believe when you look out of the window at the moment.
