Thought to be ex ROSCO built at Bodewes at Millingen in The Netherlands in 1955.
1955: GOUWE
1967: BOSCHPLAAT
1978: BOSPLAAT
1989: ROSCO
????: NESS POINT

The name was used for the Lowestoft tug built in 1937 for LNER by Dunstons.
Wonder if she has any Lowestoft connections.

Yes, was in Lowestoft for a while also Great Yarmouth and Cuxton on the Medway. Seems to have dropped off the radar since about 2005.
