TID 100 from Thorne in 1944 and changed name only in 1958.

C.2-cyl. (12½” and 26” x 18”) by John Dickinson and Sons Ltd., Sunderland. Boiler by Alexander Anderson and Co, Motherwell. Oil fuel. 220 IHP. 8½ knots.
9.7.1944: (Ministry Job No. A/MS/876) launched as T.I.D. 100 by Richard Dunston Ltd., Thorne (Yard No. 509) for the Ministry of War Transport, London, (Stanley Lancelot Tottle, Hull, manager at the Ministry).
10.8.1944: Registered at Hull, vessel No.95 of 1944. c/s MQBQ
22.9.1944: Completed. Allocated to the War Department – 21st Army Group, for coastal towing operations.
4.1946: Owners restyled as the Ministry of Transport, (Stanley Lancelot Tottle, Hull, manager at the Ministry).
21.2.1949: Released from duties and boiler cleaned at Sheerness. Placed in lay-up, under care and maintenance.
12.12.1952: British Mercantile Registry closed, consequent of transfer to the War Office.
17.1.1958: Sold to Richard Abel and Sons Ltd., Liverpool, and renamed RICHARD
ABEL. Registered at Liverpool.
4.1966: Sold to Thomas W. Ward Ltd., Sheffield, for demolition at their Barrow in Furness facility.
